Your first visit

Nothing to prepare except a few minutes to arrive.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Choose a length, a day and a therapist on the booking page. Tell us how far along you are, and ask your doctor or midwife before you come.

  2. 02

    Step 2: When you arrive

Come a few minutes early. Park behind the building on Main Street and use the side door by the ramp. Wear whatever is comfortable.

  3. 03

    Step 3: What to expect

Your therapist asks about pressure and where you would like us to work, then steps out while you settle on the table, covered, held by pillows. You can change position, pause or stop at any time.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Afterward

Take your time getting up. Drink some water, and book your next visit at the desk, or hold a time for after the birth.

Book your first visit.

Weekday evenings until 7, and Saturday mornings.
