Prenatal massage
On your side, and held by pillows
A massage for the months you are carrying, in the positions that let you rest.
Most prenatal visits start side-lying on a long pillow, then move semi-reclined for the neck, hands and feet. We work the whole body at the pressure you choose, and the table is set up around you rather than the other way round.
Sessions of 30 to 90 minutes

About prenatal visits
Can I have a massage while I'm pregnant?
Ask your doctor or midwife first, and tell us how far along you are when you book. They know your pregnancy; we follow what they say.
Do I lie on my stomach?
No. You lie on your side or half upright, held by pillows. We do not ask you to lie flat on your front or on your back.
What if I'm not feeling well that day?
Call or text and we will move your visit. If something has changed with your pregnancy, check with your doctor or midwife before you come.
